Job Description/Skills Required
- Prepare project plans with milestones, project budget in consultation with relevant stakeholders
- Monitor leverage projects against monthly targets as well as milestones systematically and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to bring the projects on track, wherever necessary
- Track and periodically update project progress in project management tools
- Identify risks and devise mitigation plans
- Track and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to close open issues before filing
- Collaborate with Cross functional teams and external partners to meet project timelines
- Apply Lean Daily Management principles to manage projects
- Monitoring and tracking of Global development projects and ensuring Emerging Market requirements are inbuilt during product development.
- Work with internal and external suppliers (materials and manufacturing) to enable on time filing & approval
- Build sustainable systems & processes for seamless project flow from introduction to filing & approval / launch
- Ensuring the S2L & online tools like Skelta are maintained intact for appropriate & accurate MIS
