Job Description/Skills Required
The position would be responsible for delivering capability building initiatives to sales and enabling functions in an assigned geography / franchise, by developing scientific knowledge, functional skills and leadership behaviors. This would require field, virtual and office level interaction with internal teams and in external customers.
This is an Individual Contributor position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic:
- Create an environment of engagement, inclusiveness and change as per organisation objectives.
- Understand franchise business at local & national level, set development objectives for short term & long-term objectives with stakeholders business and enabling.
- To create local development plan for field sales team and first line managers, outlining timelines and variety of inteventions.
- To maintain strong relations with stakeholders and create repeat interventions
- Creating Champions & Coaches for learning
- Collaborate / co-work with HR, Medical Affairs and other enabling functions on learning & development initia-tives.
- Innovatively use the virtual platforms with the taskforce to run interactive training and learning programs
- To follow and inculcate a sense of discipline and code of conduct as per the need of organization.
Operational:
- Understanding group / individual needs of participants and other stakeholders
- Conduct activities such as pre-work, deliver workshops, field interventions, one-on-one coaching, through virtu-ally and face-to-face.
- Drive implementation by facilitating Action Learning Projects, reviews, success presentations, follow-up on mail / phone / face-to-face interactions.
- Provide feedback to stakeholders on participant performance and progress
- Conduct L&D activities related to creation, delivery, sustenance & administration by developing, maintaining, and coordinating required activities.
Sustenance and Planning:
- Content creation and updates presentations / learning material
- Monitor participant progress
- Sharing of reports with stakeholders BU teams
- Ensure application, on job (field) follow up and coaching for the target group
