Job Description/Skills Required
Sr. Chemist Production
- Indenting the materials as per standard batch size and counter checking of the quantities before consumption/use
- Coordination with quality control, warehouse, floor level monitoring, execution of records where necessary
- Handovering the output material to warehouse
- Maintaining of Shift log books
- Maintaining good housekeeping in the premises of organization
- The safety of the operations in the company as well instructions to maintenance department to attend breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance
- Handling of manufacturing reactions.
- Maintaining of all the records concerned to production department
- Execution of online recording, maintaining all records of QMS/GMP.
- Raising breakdown intimations and hand over the executed records to QA
Jr. Chemist- Production
- Coordination with quality control, warehouse, floor level monitoring, execution of records where necessary
- Handovering the output material to warehouse
- Maintaining good housekeeping in the premises of organization
- The safety of the operations in the company as well instructions to maintenance department to attend breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance
- Handling of manufacturing reactions.

Sr. Executive Production Documentation
- Preparation of BPCR and formats.
- Lead the production doc and dispatch related production batches planning.
- Coordination with all dept work related to supporting the documents.
- Coordinate with QA,QC,WHS, Production related works.
- Customer related BPCRs monitoring.
- BPCRs related logs and cleaning records, utensil and all other relevant documents reviewing.
- Review of executed batch production records and ECRs and analytical test reports.
- Handling Of Change controls
- Handling of Deviations, Investigations and CAPA
