Job Description/Skills Required
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Prescription Validation – Review the doctor’s Prescription, checking its Validity and legality.
- Prescription digitization
- Outbound Calls- Contact Customers in order to Digitize Prescription and create Order for all “Prescription upload” cases
- Educate the customers on Medicine’s dosage
- Ensure 100% adherence on SOPs and Process guidelines
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Should possess a temperament for handling customer with empathy
Desired Skills
- 2-4 years of relevant experience as a pharmacist
- Good knowledge in Brands and Molecules
- Sound Knowledge on Therapeutic classification of Drugs
- Good communication skills
- Should be well versed in MS office
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Temperament to handle customers with empathy.
