Job Description/Skills Required
- Complaints Processing : Classify , Receive , trend , log the complaints received from the customers for Teva US Products . The Complaints are received via phone, email, and voice mail
- Responding to queries on complaint related information. Request update on investigation status. Coordinating return of complaint samples
- Highlight gaps in SOP/WI procedures to management and provide suggestions for improved clarity and detail
- Support audits and inspections of QAS group
Mandatory Requirement :
- Communication : Excellent English Communication
- Voice Process : Ability to verbally communicate effectively to a customer of diverse backgrounds and responsibilities
- Working Hours : Adaptability and flexibility to work in a night shift (6pm to 3am IST)
- Education : Degree/masters in Science/Pharmacy as background, currently working in any department of pharmaceutical domain.
