Job description:-.

  • Promote Drug Substance (DS) and Drug Product (DP) development services in the assigned territories, building a robust and sustainable pipeline of accounts and achieving and exceeding allocated targets
  • Consultative sales and business development with a focus on bringing in net new accounts into the firm as well as account management and up-selling into existing accounts
  • Utilize efficient market analysis and outreach methodologies to grow business and relationships into multi-year contracts spanning pre-clinical and Investigational New Drug (IND) and New Drug Application (NDA) to commercial launch
  • Interact with R&D and procurement/sourcing teams of big and small, including specialty biopharma companies to qualify the company as a preferred supplier and position the firm as an innovative solutions-oriented Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO)
  • Deliver technical and business presentations to key pharmaceutical decision makers and representing the company at trade shows and industry forums
  • This job requires extensive travel to meet customers
  • Strong relationship builder with existing connects within the biopharma industry and consistent year on year sales performance and ability to close targets of $7-9 Million annually
