Job Description/Skills Required
1. Creation of reservation to warehouse department in SAP system, receiving & checking of raw
materials for the batches and ensuring dispensing as per process requirement.
2. Producing API, intermediates & powder processing as per Batch Production records. Filling of
documents and Batch production records/cleaning records accurately and completely.
3. Offering FG batches for sampling & testing and generating ARF/LRF, as per production plan.
4. Checking all Batch production records/cleaning records for completeness and correctness.
5. Reporting all production deviations and assisting in investigation of critical deviations.
6. Performing activities as per respective SOPs with maintaining their records.
7. Maintaining discipline, morale, motivation of subordinates.
8. Ensuring compliance to Safety procedures and to maintain facility & documents always in auditable
condition.
9. Ensuring timely completion of assigned trainings in LMS of self and subordinates.
10. Taking print/reprint of Batch production records/cleaning records from the BPR Printing system
according to requirement (Based on authorization).
11. Initiation & closure of CCRs, deviations and completion of all tasks where responsible timely in track wise.
12. Reviewing all Batch Production Records, batch record of cleaning (BRC) and ensuring that these are completed in all respects and signed.
