Job Description/Skills Required
- The primary objective of the role is to manage employee life cycle processes to ensure a time-bound, accurate and audit compliant running of HR Operations activities and provide a consistent and pleasant employee experience
- KEY STAKEHOLDERS: INTERNAL
- Employees, Reporting Manager, BHR, other GEEC team members and HR CMoEs
- KEY STAKEHOLDERS: EXTERNAL
- Payroll vendor, ex-employees, Insurance Partners, Other suppliers
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor critical employee data points on regular basis and ensure employee data is updated regularly and accurately
- Provide data required by other stakeholders as per agreed timelines and parameters
- Create and publish communication tools (reports/ Dashboards/emails) to keep stakeholders updated on various HR Ops process performance for their respective businesses / locations
- Provide required information to other teams as per pre-agreed timelines for their processes
- Provide required information for internal and statutory audits
- Address issues identified during the audits as per agreed timelines
- Ensure HR Operation process adhere to relevant statutory requirements (eg granting leave as per The Maternity Benefits Act, providing leave as per S&E act etc)
- Ensure documents required as per various labour laws are maintained
