Job Description/Skills Required
1. Secretarial support for the listed and group companies 2. Assisting in statutory compliances under the Companies Act 2013, SEBI Listing (LODR) Regulations and Corporate Laws.
3. Assisting in preparation of Board and Committee Meeting agenda and minutes.
4. Co-ordination with Statutory and Regulatory Authorities (ROC, RBI, SEBI, MCA),
5. Assisting in all periodic and ad-hoc regulatory filings are submitted correctly and in time; 6.Updation of Statutory registers and records; 7.Any other work related to secretarial matters as may be assigned.
