Job Description/Skills Required
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (site and Corporate) to implement a standardized quality system for integrated projects and AGILE products.
- Review and provide Quality Technical inputs in agreements between Integrated Customers and Piramal sites.
- Review and provide Quality Technical inputs in agreements between AGILE partners and Piramal sites.
- Effectively track customer and AGILE Projects for actions related to Quality Team. Resolve the red flags and raise alerts timely.
- Timely resolve queries / complaints involving Integrated customers and AGILE products.
- For Integrated Customers and AGILE products: Review Investigations for a variety of non-conformances which may include deviations, OOT, OOS, Batch Failure, Rejections.
- Prepare quality assurance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Responsible to follow the safety and environmental procedures deployed at Kurla office and sites.
