Job Description/Skills Required
- 1. Float enquiries to vendors for Generic product chemicals/ intermediates on receipt of Indents
- 2. Prepare Comparative Statements for Chemicals /Intermediates
- 3. Release purchase orders, by taking approval from authorized personnel.
- 4. Follow up with the vendors for timely delivery of materials.
- 5. Submit requests for TT/Advance /PDCs/ LCs to finance department and follow-up with them to ensure release of payments to vendors for timely dispatches.
- 6. Submit invoices and other documents required for custom clearance, to commercial team, to clear goods from customs.
- 7. Release Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) and co-ordinate with warehouse for stock transfers.
- 8. Update status file, starting from tracking new indents to delivery or materials.
- 9. MIS preparation, for onward submission to management.
- 10. In absence of reporting person, needs to inform to the next level of higher authority.
- 11. In absence of the person, her immediate next level person shall take over the job till she comes and needs to hand over all the information during her absence after return.
