Job Description/Skills Required
- Responsible for the End to End training for assigned therapy area for specified Geography.
- Ensure infusions basis the pre-defined touchpoints (set process).
- ProcessSOP adherence.
- Ensure execution of PSP in their respective territory as per approved process flow.
- Refresher Trainings/TNI: Undergo timely trainings based on the set process.
- Counsel patients for improved health related outcomes at home visits, hospital OPDs and doctor visit through lifestyle management & exercises.
- Ensure execution of PSP in their respective territory as per approved process flow.
- Report adverse event/ market complaints as per the SOP.Should be able to empathizewith patients.
- Ensure patient data entry in CRM tool with required details to be filled as per brand requirement.
- Should be able to empathize with patients.
- Handle patient queries and providing response from pre-defined FAQs when applicable.
- Existing Employee Performance Analysis
- Calendar Adherence: Complete all the process trainings as per the schedule.
- Refresher / Re-trainings: Attend trainings based on the identified calendar.
- Process Management-Operational Roles and Responsibilities
- Traveling to patients’ homes and managing their care plans according to the prescription.
- Assessing muscle weakness.
