Job Description/Skills Required
- Formulating marketing & brand strategies for new/ existing products for the divisions assigned.
- Market analysis, competition mapping & sales figures analysis to identify new opportunities/gaps.
- Working collaboratively & effectively with sales teams to ensure strategy execution
- Field force training and development on medico marketing aspects
- Creating & ensuring adequate marketing inputs to the field including VA preparation
- Collecting and collating medical information to be communicated to doctors
- Conducting Cycle meetings and other briefing meetings as and when required.
- Strengthening brand awareness through participation in conferences and CMEs
