Job Description/Skills Required
- Co-ordinate with other functions like Engineering, Warehouse, QC, QA, PPIC, FRD etc. for smooth Functioning of production activities.
- Lead and Manpower planning of minimum.50 employees based on Production plan.
- Ensure all the activities are performed as per cGMP and compliance.
- Ensure all the persons performing activities in production departments are trained for that activity.
- Need to review SOPs of production departments.
- Ensure qualification/validation status of equipments and area.
- Calibration status of instruments in the production department.
- Need review Production QMS, Raise/review Change Control, Deviation, whenever required.
- To involve in investigation whenever required.
- To ensure that all the areas are maintained as per their classification standard.
- Any other job allotted by production head.
