Production Shift In-charge [Officer/Executive/Asst. Manager – B. Pharm. / M. Pharm.]
Good knowledge of Parenteral Batch and Complex product manufacturing
Able to Handle SCADA system
Should have sound knowledge of Aseptic processing and Manufacturing
Handling of Vial washing, Depyrogenation, sterilization, vial filling and
sealing activity
Good in Documentation Review, QMS
and Compliance for the production department
Machine Operator [ ITI / Diploma]
Operating Knowledge of Vial washing, Tunnel, Autoclave, batch manufacturing, lyophilization, Filling Machine, Stoppering, Capping Machines, Spray Dryer & Area Cleaning and Sanitization
Able to handle online CIP/SIP skid/System
Manufacturing of Skid based products
Quality : Officer / Executive / Asst. Manager (B. Pharm / M. Pharm/B.sc/M.sc with 3 to 10 years of experience)
Quality Assurance
-Sound knowledge of QMS and Documentation
-Equipment Qualification & Validation.
-Line Clearance, Document Review
Quality Control
– Sound knowledge of HPLC/GC/GLP/ Method transfer & validation, Instrument calibration / LIMS & Lab Event Investigation, Analyst & Reviewer role.
QC- Micro
– Sound knowledge of Environmental Monitoring / Microbial Testing, QMS & GLP. Analyst & Reviewer role.
