Job Description/Skills Required
- 1. Validation & Qualification(Officer/Executive- 2 to 8 years)
- 1. To prepare and review annual product quality review data.
- 2. Initiate, review and verify the QMS documents such as change control, deviation, CAPA, laboratory and production failures investigation, LIR, market complaints, product recall etc. and its tracking.
- 3. To prepare, review and approve the trend of QMS activity (change control, deviation CAPA, self-inspection, OOC and LIR.
- 4. Participates in vendor qualification and Service provider activity, Nitrosamine impurity evaluation and review.
- 5. Co-ordinate training program and external laboratory audits (vendor audit), self-inspection program.
- 6. Issuance and retrieval of GMP documents of QA and cross-functional department, review document control system.
- 7. To provide the necessary support during regulatory and customer Audits
- 2. QA QMS-Quality Management System (Officer/Executive- 2 to 5 years)
- 1. Change Control Management
- 2. CAPA,
- 3. MRM(Management Review Meeting)
