Job Description/Skills Required
A life sciences R&D expert with good domain knowledge and consulting experience to guide digital transformation of R&D function.
Role:
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients and help them transform R&D units into data driven organizations
- Work with Account Leaders, Global Business Line leaders and SMEs for offer development, thought leadership and go-to-market strategies
- 15-20 years of experience including consulting and life sciences R&D domain
- Good knowledge of various functions within R&D – research, clinical development, pharmacovigilance, regulatory and medical affairs
- Well versed in technological solutions including analytical modelling, Veeva, Oracle Argus etc.
- Background in Cell and Gene therapy solutions and decentralized clinical trials will be an added advantage
