Job Description/Skills Required
- Preparation and updation/revision of Process flow relevant documents.
- Reporting the deviations and preparation of investigation reports.
- Preparation & Review documents, where changes are made, and validation or process qualification identified.
- BOM & Recipes updation in SAP.
- Review all completed documents and ensuring that completeness and signed.
- Follow cGMP systems and proving training on change documents, SOPs, CAPAs related to investigations, etc.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation & Review of BMRs, ECCs & PDRs.
- Preparation and review of SOPs.
- Initiation & closure of change controls.
- Preparation & Review of validation protocols and reports.
- Qualification of the new/modified facility and equipment.
