Job Description/Skills Required
- To achieve the budgets on all company’s products effectively and thereby ensure profitability in the assigned region.
- To ensure implementation market and business strategy in co-ordination with Product Marketing Team for the territory.
- To Identify and provide feedback on Company’s & Competitors products to the Product Management Team.
- To Identifying new potential markets and launch the company products after assessing the viability.
- To liaise with local authorities, Union members.
- To manage Stockiest and C&F agents thereby ensuring smooth flow of goods.
- To provide continuous training to Existing / New Field staff.
- To ensure proper CRM allotment and ensure (ROI) return on investment.
- To arrange regular cycle meetings with team & handle new product launches.
- To monitor stocks at various locations and keep track of their flow.
- To participate in sales & marketing strategy development meetings.
- To prepare Monthly Analysis Report to be submitted to sales head at HO.
- To get personally involved in non-performing / new territories for sales development activities.
- To be on the lookout for new potential markets
- To coordinate with PMT Team on vacant territory management.
- To conducting Call excellence program, seminars & conferences for Doctors group meetings.
