Job Description/Skills Required
- 1.Environment monitoring of classified areas of production or microbiology laboratory, observations of Environment monitoring plates and feed data in Trend analysis.
- 2. Growth promotion of inhouse and ready to use media.
- 3. Identification of microorganisms by available method.
- 4. Bacterial endotoxin test of in-process samples.
- 5. Swab analysis of surface monitoring.
- 6. Disinfectant efficacy test as per SOP and related reporting.
- 7. To record the raw data of analysis in respective protocols and reports before submission for verification to Superior / Head of Department.
- 8. To perform and maintain calibration records, media preparation, growth promotion test records and other related documents of microbiology section.
