Job Description/Skills Required
To coordinate with all stake holders to ensure efficient and effective operations of Electrical and synergy in terms of resources and operational excellence.
Job Description
- Overall responsibility for planning & execution of project & maintenance actives related to Electrical.
- Execution & calibration of all instruments & equipment’s as per the schedule & maintain / update all records.
- To rise PR’s for projects and regular maintenance spares, ensuring that all in – house materials are fully utilized and follow – up with H.O.
- To carryout Electrical statutory works like CEIG inspection & TSSPDCL 33KV line related works and documentation.
- To implement electrical energy conservation initiatives, schemes appraise / approval of HOD.
- Preparing of PM schedule, checklists & operation log records, History cards & filling the same w.r.t. Audit requirement in coordination with manufacturing dept.
- Ensure in implementation of PM schedules & its documentation.
- Ensure all the SOP’s and trainings of his team to meet the process requirement in absence of higher position by providing external and internal trainings.
- Preparation & review of Electrical SOP’s.
- Agile initiator.
- Regular Inspection of PCC’s MCC’s & plant motors, DG sets Transformers, UPS, Cold rooms & HT switch gear etc.
- To ensure zero Day Audit observations and maintain online documentation.
- Periodical cross checking of all documents related to audits for respective areas with reporting authority.
- Ensure safety at work place & insist all workmen to follow the safety practices and EHS compliance etc.
- Maintain good housekeeping at work place
