Job Description/Skills Required
- 1. Responsible for Scale up activity of existing products, new products as well as cost reduction projects and its troubleshooting.
- 2. Responsible for Lab Demo observation, check feasibility in plant and prepare scale up report.
- 3. Responsible for successful execution and monitoring of validation batches in plant.
- 4. Responsible for equipment selection and process mapping.
- 5. Active participation in investigation team in case of failure in validation batches/commercial batches.
- 6. Preparation of URS of new equipment.
- 7. Responsible for preparation of batch plan of new and existing products.
- 8. Responsible for reviewing all document related to process validation in plant i.e. PDR, MBR, change control.
