Job Description/Skills Required
Evaluating, shortlisting and developing Vendors/contractors based on their work performance, quality standards and safety parameters (within budget).
- Tender/Enquiry along with require documents and Reviewing Enquiry along with require documents with help of direct reporting employee.
- Checking of ERP Orders
- Negotiation of rates, payment terms, and delivery schedule.
- Sampling & verification of new materials
- Develop new vendors & maintain good relationships.
- Prepare and process purchase orders for supplies, material, equipment etc.
- Post Ordering Maintenance activities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
