Job Description/Skills Required
- We have organized WALK-IN INTERVIEW for our API & Formulations ( Injectable ) Manufacturing site at Panelav / Karkhadi near Vadodara on 7th January 2023- Saturday at at Hotel Raviraj, Near Baba Petrol Pump, Adalat Road, Aurangabad ( Maharashtra ). - Sr. Executive/Executive/Jr. Executive/Technical Officer – Production (Injectable)
- Education:
- M. Pharm/B.Pharm/ Diploma/I.T.I.
- Experience:
- 01 to 10 years of experience
- Desired Profile:
- Production-
- Having exposure of operation, cleaning, sterilization, qualification & maintenance of solution preparation systems. Manufacturing skids, Fedegari autoclaves, Lyophilizers, vial washing & tunnel, Vial/Ophthalmic /PFS filling & aseptic filtration, FFS, CIP/SIP, filters, microsphere refiner, Active freeze drying System. Isolator experience is preferred. Understanding and compliance to clean room behaviour. Aseptic practices and good documentation practices are must.
- Packing-
- Having exposure of operation, cleaning, qualifications & maintenance of manual visual inspection. On line integrity testing M/c(Wilco), Auto Cartonator, Blister Packing M/c, serialisation, Track & Trace system (Utopia, Optel), isolator for dry powder and liquid filling line. - Experience:
- 01 to 08 years of experience Desired Profile:
- Must have handled critical equipment like Reactor, Centrifuge, Blender, Sifter, Multi-mill etc. To ensure that the products are manufactured as per the cGMP to achieve consistent results and documented accordingly. To highlight technical problems during manufacturing of API products concerning process conditions and coordinate with Shift in-charge and resolve problems/take corrective actions where necessary. Having exposure of plant SOP’s and formats as well as daily & monthly reports and maintain documentation as per regulatory authorities requirement like change control, deviations or market complaints investigations, if any. Maintain safety practices.
