Job Description/Skills Required
- 1. Improvement of product yields and solvent recovery.
- 2. Trouble-shooting with respect to unit operations and processes in co-ordination with R & D.
- 3. To review plant BMR, debottlenecking of unit operations and optimizing operation time cycle.
- 4. To review OOS, OOT and Incidents and provide the technical inputs and justifiable RC and CAPA.to reduce the failures. (Most specific requirement)
- 5. Sizing of equipment for new projects / new products scale-ups.
- 6. Introducing new technologies as per process requirement.
- 7. Utility calculations & optimization & efficiency improvement.
- 8. To review and analyze for critical changes of manufacturing process / facility with respect to safety and cGMP.
- 9. To provide necessary support for validation of new products and scale-up activities at site.
